What we expect *

We offer our vendors a refined, rustic setting brimming with character, extensive promotion across several platforms including an individual post on our social media highlighting your business, and heartfelt support before, during, and after the market. We expect our vendors to promote the event on their social media accounts and elsewhere and to be nice humans to fellow vendors and market guests and volunteers. All food and alcohol vendors must have required licenses and approvals from the applicable governments.

Payment *

Please do not send payment with this application. Payment will be required once you have been accepted into the market. We accept ETF, Visa or Mastercard. If accepted into the market there will be a $50 non refundable charge on all cancellations up to one month prior to the market. No refunds will be given for cancellations within a month of the market.

Cancellation Policy *

As this is an outdoor event, it will run rain or shine. Please come prepared for any weather situation. (Gotta love Alberta weather!) If payment is not received within 7 days of your acceptance to our market, it may result in forfeiting of your requested booth. After payment has been received, any cancellation initiated by the vendor will result in a charge of a $50 administration fee. No refunds will be given if cancellation is within the 4 weeks leading up to market day. All cancellations must be done by email.

VIP participation *

For this market we will be selling preselling 50 VIP tickets. With these tickets participating vendors will be offering 10% off a one time purchase at their booth. This is optional for vendors and in no way impacts your selection as a vendor for our market!
