We ask you to style and decorate your booth in a festive, Christmas style complimenting your wares. Although we carry market insurance we also require that all vendors carry their own. Our market insurance is with DUOO, if you go to their website and search for the market you can purchase insurance through them for one day at a minimal charge if you do not already have insurance. Please note that sharing a booth is possible, however, each individual vendor must complete their own application and pay their own full vendor fee and carry their own insurance. Discounts are not given for shared vendor space. Please note, electricity is only available with our 10 by 10 wall booths.

VIP participation *

In the event that you are selected to be a vendor, would you be interested in taking part in our VIP discounts? If this is your first time with us we will be selling 50 VIP tickets ahead of time which will allow purchasers a swag bag containing treats, and 10% off at participating vendors or another perk if you have something else in mind. Please note that participation in the market is not contingent on your participating in this promotion, it is completely optional!

What we expect *

We offer our vendors extensive promotion across several platforms including postcard, posters and newspaper advertising along with an individual post on our social media highlighting your business, and heartfelt support before, during, and after the market. We expect our vendors to promote the event on their social media accounts and elsewhere and to be nice humans to fellow vendors, market guests and volunteers. All food and alcohol vendors must have required licenses and approvals from the applicable governments.

Payment *

Please do not send payment with this application. Payment will be required once you have been accepted into the market. We accept ETF, Visa or Mastercard. If accepted into the market there will be a $50 non refundable charge on all cancellations up to one month prior to the market. No refunds will be given for cancellations within a month of the market.

Cancellation Policy *

If payment is not received within 7 days of your acceptance to our market, it may result in forfeiting of your requested booth. After payment has been received, any cancellation initiated by the vendor will result in a charge of a $50 administration fee. No refunds will be given if cancellation is within the 4 weeks leading up to market day. All cancellations must be done by email.
